Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, and protect information from visitors to this website.
Famous ("we", "us", "our") is committed to handling personal information with care and transparency. This policy sets out what data we collect when you visit this website, how we use it, how we protect it, and what rights you have. It applies to the Famous website and any contact or enquiry forms hosted on it. By using this site, you agree to the practices described here.
We collect two categories of information. First, information you provide directly: when you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message — along with optional fields such as company name, country, and budget range. Second, information collected automatically: our hosting infrastructure may log technical data including IP addresses, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and pages visited. This is standard server-side logging used for security and performance monitoring, not behavioural profiling.
Contact form submissions are used exclusively to respond to your enquiry and route it to the appropriate partner inbox. We do not use your contact details for unsolicited marketing, and we do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Automatically collected technical data is used solely to maintain and improve the performance and security of this website.
Where data protection law applies (including UK GDPR and equivalent frameworks), we process enquiry data on the basis of legitimate interest — specifically, responding to an enquiry you have initiated. For any processing beyond that, we will ask for your explicit consent. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
When you submit a contact form, your data is transmitted to us securely and delivered to the relevant partner inbox. We aim to respond within one business day. We do not use automated marketing sequences or CRM data enrichment. If no ongoing engagement results from an enquiry, your data is not retained beyond the response exchange.
This website may use standard web analytics to understand traffic patterns and page performance. Where analytics are active, data is aggregated and does not personally identify individual visitors. We use Google reCAPTCHA v3 on our contact form to distinguish human users from automated bots; this service is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. See our Cookie Policy for a full breakdown of cookies used on this site.
We retain enquiry data only for as long as is necessary to respond and follow up. Where no ongoing engagement results, we do not hold data beyond a reasonable operational window. If you request deletion of your data, we will act on that request promptly. We do not archive contact data for future marketing purposes.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. Our contact form uses HTTPS encryption in transit. Email delivery is handled via AWS Simple Email Service (SES) with authentication controls. No security system is infallible; in the event of a material breach affecting your data, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
This website integrates with a limited number of third-party services: Google reCAPTCHA (spam prevention), AWS SES (email delivery), and standard hosting and CDN infrastructure. We do not currently embed third-party advertising, social tracking pixels, or data broker integrations. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only; we are not responsible for their privacy practices.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request erasure of your data; object to or restrict processing; and receive your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, write to us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days and will not charge a fee for reasonable requests. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
For privacy-related enquiries, write to us at hello@famous.pk. This policy may be updated periodically; material changes will be reflected here.
